Please read carefully! You are agree to the Terms of service below if you order my commission.1. I will choose clients based on my personal preferences. This is my job, I will work on the things I enjoy!2. == If your model has been separated, it will need separated properly==. Otherwise you need to add cost to it.3. Please credit me as @Ngeengz if you are using the model i made. Any method is fine as long as it is clearly listed and visible.4. You can pay Full Upfront or partially : 50% upfront upon agreement and 50% after i finished the work!5. Please send the model file in advance so I can see how complicated it is. Some additional prices may occur depending on the complexity.3. You can refund or cancel the commission. Full refund are available for NO work has been done at all. Partial refund will be available under 50% completion. After past 50% you can't refund with any reason at all (READ THIS CAREFULLY).4. I reserve the right to cancel the commission and will full refund your commission.6. I DO NOT send the .cmo3 file for whatever reason! I just send the file needed for vtubing, not the file for Live2d editor!7. DO NOT claim my work as yours! Reproduce / selling my works is PROHIBITED!8. Rigging usually take about 1-3 weeks. Altough, it may take more than that depending on how complicated it is. I will let you know in advance if there will be any delay9. If the payment is comfirmed, i will begin to work on your piece!10. You can ask one major revision in the rigging process.11. I will post your model on social media as my work sample. Please tell me in advance if you want to keep your model as secret until your debut. But, i have the right to keep it on my portfolio

HOW TO ORDER (G U I D E L I N E S)1. Please provide me all the model assets such as Illustration (PSD), Expression Assets (like blush etc).2. If the expression assets are not provided by you, it will cost adt. fee 15k - 100k ($1 ~ $7) for EACH expression toggle3. If the Illustration are not cut by layer or i can say it is PNG. It will cost Addt. price for cutting the layer. See the Additional price section4. Let me know if you have specific type for expression toggle. If there are no expression assets and your specific expression toggle, it will be (Blush, worried, tear) by default and depending on tierlist.5. Please let me know if you have a deadline.6. When i working on your commission, i'll give you an update about the rigging process. Please let me know if i don't give you an update more than a week.7. Maybe I'll add you on discord when working on the commission. because discord is more convenient
